A drainage easement runs through the property with a meadow on the back half that backs up to Avery Creek. Our property line stops in the middle of the creek. There is a footpath easement before the creek that takes you through miles of path for the enjoyment of the community. We have a wooden fence separating the meadow from the gravel walking trail.
